Bookings are confirmed on a first-in-first-served basis. Members are asked to book early and follow the established procedure to avoid disappointment.
 

Booking Procedure & Rates

Important Information Relating to Bookings

Subscriptions are due no later than June 30th or earlier if bookings are being made. Only financial members are able to make bookings. Separate payment of subscriptions prior to bookings would be appreciated for ease of accounting.

Bookings open for 2010 on May 10th via online booking forms using the club or mail booking forms. Only one guest booking per member can be made prior to June 13th. Online booking is the preferred form of submitting a booking.

rom June 14th unlimited guests can be booked where beds are available via online, mail booking sheets and phone 0433196747.

Payment must accompany bookings. If paying by direct bank transfer, please forward a copy of the bank transaction details to the booking officer via email. If payment is not received within five days, the booking will be removed from the booking system and the beds will become available to other members and guests.

No bookings will be confirmed until full payment is made and verification received by the Booking Officer. Booking Members must ensure that full payment is made via a single transfer or cheque (multiple payments are no longer acceptable).

Please ensure your Member Number and Booking Number accompany all correspondence relating to your payment.

All bookings will be handled by the clubs’ Booking Officer. Applications by mail must be made on the Club's Booking Forms, copies can be downloaded from the above links or are available by request to the Booking Officer.

All guests must be accompanied by a member throughout their stay. Bookings are not transferable to another member. If you are interested in having your name on a ‘stand-by’ list for your preferred dates, please inform the Booking Officer.

Cancellations may be made by email, mail or phone (if by phone written/email confirmation must follow). If a booking is cancelled prior to 7 days before the occupation, 80% of the fee will be refunded. Refunds will be sent at the club’s earliest possible convenience. Forwarding banking details to the booking officer for a direct bank transfer will facilitate this process.

If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before occupation the full fee will be charged except in exceptional/ medical circumstances. Please contact the Booking Officer.

Room allocation is available weekly (Wednesday evening) via the club website. Your membership number is required to access this site in an effort to restrict public viewing and protect club member privacy.
